Creating an entry type named "Client Meeting" under the Work Time category to track time spent in meetings.
Choose the appropriate category for each entry type to accurately reflect the nature of the time spent.
Designating "Lunch Break" as a Break type to differentiate it from productive work hours and personal time.
Set the entry type's status to Active or Inactive, enabling or disabling it for use in time tracking.
