Leave and absence requests are initiated from the calendar view by:
- Directly clicking on a specific day
- Selecting the button
Employees can swiftly create absence requests within the calendar, enhancing user convenience and request accuracy.
An employee anticipates the need for a personal day off and initiates a leave request directly on the planned day within the calendar view, streamlining the submission process.
For each absence, the type, start and end date are specified, with an option to include comments for context. Following submission, the request is forwarded to the employee’s supervisor for approval.
Submitting a vacation request, an employee selects the type, sets the duration, and adds a note on the reason for the leave. The detailed request ensures clear communication and aids in the approval process.
This intuitive and structured approach to leave and absence requests facilitates straightforward submission and efficient processing, ensuring all necessary details are communicated to supervisors for approval.
